How long will my order take to arrive?

Every TAITE piece is made to order. Our stones are individually handpicked, and each ring is cast in solid 14k gold and hand-set with intention and care.

Please allow 15–20 business days for production, plus an additional 4–7 business days for shipping. You’ll receive a tracking email the moment your order is on its way.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We offer a 180-day warranty covering all manufacturing faults.

What is excluded?

As with all fine jewelry, everyday life leaves its marks, and the following fall outside our warranty: general wear and tear, including scratches, dents, discoloration, warped metal, broken chains, and lost or chipped stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also excluded. Please note that any modifications or repairs made to our pieces by another jeweler will void your warranty.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Please email hello@taitestudio.com with your order details and photos of the fault. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and arrange a repair or replacement.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

After the 180-day period, our jewelers are more than happy to repair your pieces for a service fee.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your jewelry within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, items must be completely unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by your order details.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a 20% restocking fee if items arrive damaged or show signs of wear.
  • Refused Deliveries: If an international delivery is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, any return shipping fees, duties, or abandoned package costs levied by the shipping company will be deducted from your final refund.

To process a return, please email hello@taitestudio.com.

What items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange?

To maintain the bespoke nature of our craftsmanship, certain pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Custom & Personalized Orders: Any jewelry featuring custom engravings or bespoke modifications.
  • Custom Engagement Rings: Due to the highly individualized nature of these pieces, all engagement rings are final sale. (They remain eligible for complimentary resizing — see below.)
  • Custom Sizes: Any ring ordered outside our standard size range.
  • Promotional Items: Pieces purchased during special promotional events, archive sales, or marked as final sale at checkout.
How do I find my ring size?

Please see our Ring Size Guide for more information.

Can my ring be resized?

Full Eternity Bands: Because stones are set continuously around the band, full eternity bands cannot be resized. We highly recommend confirming your size with a local jeweler before ordering.

Other Rings: We offer one complimentary resizing within 7 days of delivery, provided the ring needs to be adjusted by no more than 1 to 1.5 sizes.

Please note that all secure return shipping and handling costs are covered by the customer. Resizing typically takes approximately 10–15 business days.

What materials do you use?

All of our gold jewelry is crafted in 14k solid gold — never plated or filled. 14k gold is incredibly durable and scratch-resistant, making it perfect for daily wear and ensuring your piece will never tarnish or discolor your skin. Every TAITE gold piece bears a hallmark indicating its fineness.

We select only the highest quality lab-grown diamonds. For all center stones or individual diamonds over 1.0 carat, your piece will arrive with a full official certificate from the International Gemological Institute (IGI), the globally recognized standard for lab-grown diamonds. Learn more about our diamonds here.

Are your pieces ethically made?

Yes — ethical integrity is at the heart of everything we do at TAITE.

Because our diamonds are cultivated rather than mined, their origin is fully traceable, and we partner only with vetted, modern studios that guarantee safe working conditions and fair practice for every artisan. Each piece is crafted under careful ethical oversight, so you can wear it with complete peace of mind.

How do I care for my jewelry?

It’s official — you’re part of the TAITE inner circle now. Since our pieces are meticulously handcrafted, they require gentle care to maintain their lifetime brilliance.

Here’s how to keep your TAITE jewelry in pristine condition:

  • Clean Gently: Between professional cleanings, soak your piece in warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap. Brush very lightly with a soft-bristled toothbrush, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
  • Store Separately: To avoid scratches from other metals, store your jewelry in its original TAITE box or a fabric-lined case.
  • Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Remove your jewelry before applying perfumes, hairsprays, or lotions, and never wear it while swimming in chlorinated pools or hot tubs.
  • Remove During Activities: To prevent structural damage or bent prongs, take off your jewelry during strenuous activities like working out or cleaning.
  • A Note on Home Machines: We strongly advise against at-home ultrasonic cleaners, as the vibrations can cause hand-set stones to loosen or fall out.
